Involved in medico legal and forensic psychology for some ten years we generate reports in line with the Woolf requirements as well as for pre trial, sentencing and forensic issues--including court appearance.

Civil cases have included road traffic, workplace and public liability claims for both defendants and claimants and work as single joint expert and via expert meetings.

Other cases have included support for medical evidence, witness suggestibility, cognitive, intelligence, personality and risk factors at all stages of procedure.

Reports and advice for Counsel and/or argument in Civil, Criminal and Tribunal settings have included countering HSE presentations, psychological tests, workplace stress, disability, hypnosis and organisational practices.

Of course our experts haven't come across every case that could exist, and many issues require research, data collection and review, however with Occupational, Forensic, Health, Training and Therapy qualifications in Psychology and a range of experiences we just might be able to help.
